U2's New Album Free in iTunes

I've been a pretty big fan of them for most of my life, even though their more recent material has been iffy. Early 2000s was great and Joshua Tree is one of my faves.

Anyway, their new album was released yesterday as part of the Apple announcement. Not sure if many of you are fans of them, but I figured it'd be worth mentioning so at the very least you get their album free (only til mid October).

I feel like Every Breaking Wave is my favorite song off the album. Pretty good overall though. Nice to not be horribly disappointed like I have been recently with new albums (Coldplay in particular).

Been a fan off and on since the Boy tour at the Rainbow Music Hall in Denver back in 1981. Very intimate venue, I could have spit on the Edge.

Saw them last in on the 360° Tour in Atlanta back in 2009.

Long time fan and have seen them a few times including The Joshua Tree concert in Minneapolis. Have all their albums including the new one I downloaded yesterday but have not listened to it yet.
