We are finally below 100F/39C here in Phoenix, Arizona....otherwise known as hells proving grounds :)

And funny thing is there are much hotter parts of the desert southwest but I can't live there as a cigar will just burst into flames when the sun strikes it.

Winter is a great time for us as the temps from Oct-April are perfect for desert exploration, ghost towns, mine ruins, trips to the beach in Baja, Mexico.

Summer...well I either work as much as possible or get to the mountains.

Oh that looks cold. I remember my days in Edmonton and up north. Might go back this spring but for now it's 26c and shorts and hanging on the beach. In between stacking wood and getting ready for the inevitable of course. I love Canada!

This has now shattered record summer snowfall in this area.

That BBQ looks like it's growing some mould.

Don't worry. Just blow off and smoke! ^_^

I love winter. Jackson Hole, Red Mt, Snowmass, Schweitzer......

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.......

I spend all of my money on Cuban cigars and skiing. The rest of it I waste.

Love the far view in that picture, rye. Must be a great location!

I love being on the edge of town and will miss the view dearly when the houses go up across from me. Thinking about moving back out to the country again soon.

Seriously, I'd move, if I lived there.

it's not too bad in Toronto. I still dream of getting a lotus one day and it's actually plausible here.

there's a sports car dealership beside my house and they had an evora for a few months. i used to daydream of me driving one on my way walking to the bank.

For some bloody reason, there's a Lotus dealer in EDMONTON!!!

It's been there forever too! My dad did his apprenticeship there!

No worries. Just time for the winter hobby and see the scenery not many of us get to enjoy.

It's a hobby I've enjoyed since I was little tyke in the 70's.

I don't even think we have a dealer here. the bloke i talked to at the store (when the Lotus was there) said it came from the states and changed to our guidelines. he said only 2nd hand ones are seen in Toronto.

Wonder what that reason for existence is! rotfl.gifrotfl.gif

Still in the 80's here in Northeast California... praying for snow (and many meters at a crack); our water table is really low, and our well is having a difficult time keeping our transfer tank filled.... Just glad we had the sense of mind to put IN the transfer tank; our well is down to 12 GPH midday... that's right, Hour, not minute.

We have another dry dry winter up here, we're gonna be in for a world of hurt!
