El Presidente Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I saw this news report and while I don't care what Bill smokes, I take my hat off to the marketing that can move $25000 boxes of cigars http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/08/21/bill-clinton-cigars/
Popular Post earthson Posted August 22, 2014 Popular Post Posted August 22, 2014 Proving - once again - Mr Clinton has no taste. 5
Maplepie Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I saw them at 500 dollars each last time i checked. who remembers the Gurkha black somethings a while back? They came out at just under $2000 each. when they didn't sell, they 'changed the blend' and now they go for around $10 each. I will try and find a source on this... one second.
aaron878 Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Gurkhas - MSRP of $35 per stick, on sale for $4.47!
oliverdst Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 "Rolls Royce of cigars " "most exotic tobaccos around the world" "People try to copy us, but we have no competition"
Yagermeister Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Gurkha... You can buy Clinton's "favorite" Gurkha Beauties for $10/stick retail:http://www.cigarsinternational.com/cigars/10784/gurkha-beauty/ Even that is ridiculously high for this cigar. I've had one before and it's worth all of about $2. Gurkha is infamous for having hyper-inflated MSRP. 1
JHands Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I'll take a BPC over it I'm sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
DoubleDD Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Where does he put them when he's not smoking them? ? 4

rckymtn22 Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Where does he put them when he's not smoking them? Doesn't he have that cavernous humidor that he has used in the past 1
Popular Post Stanislaw Posted August 22, 2014 Popular Post Posted August 22, 2014 The writer who filed this brilliant piece of journalism needs to be removed from his post and the network that is promoting this.... oh wait, it's fox news.... 5
srbbones Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I saw the video about this. That fellow is a joke! I can't imagine he sells many of those poser dog turds!

Oh, you guys are talking recent production? Here's what a real $25,000 box looks like! Maplepie and I were lucky enough to have a look through in the dungeons of JJ Fox. Many thanks to Andy for lining up this day. Will piece together a separate post highlighting the highlights of the day! 15

SCgarman Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 People who smoke Gurkhas are no different than those who buy a "Rolex" off the streets of Manhattan. LOL 2
SofaKing Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 it just goes to show , that having lot of money does not mean you have good taste . Quite true, just feeding that elitist ego even further.
canucks6024 Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Bill Clinton loves the Beauties; he loves the Gurkhas He has proved the former.
brutusthebuckeye Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 The best thing about these articles about NC's is looking at the comments and seeing our man Guy(laficon)bashing the cigar...LMAO...love that guy!!!! 1
Habana Mike Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 He loves Ghurkas in the beauties. Well the second part's debatable.....
