Newbie questions

Hello, here is a list of questions I have not been able to find an answer to.

- I am wondering how to use the shoutbox, i can read it but can`t write anything in it.

- I figured out out how to reserve boxes LFTH but am not sure if I have to write my credit card info in the email I send to Diana or if the payment can be taken care of some other way

- How often does LFTH sale happen and what is the difference with LFTW.. How often does THAT happen?

1. Shout box is visible but not accessible until you have 20 posts (I think it is 20);

2. Just email Diana and make sure she has your plastic on file then you don't have to put it in each email;

3a. LFTH/LFTW happen every so often. I think I have seen 3 in the last six months. Rob will announce them before they happen;

3b. LFTH is from the 'humidor' and LFTW is from the 'warehouse'. They work the same but each is in a secret, undisclosed location so Rob can inspect the goods without prying eyes. Word on the street he likes to inspect mastercases in his birthday suit.
