JohnS Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Wow, some amazing meals here. Me? I'm just happy with last night's meal of succulent pork chops and vegetables with pesto and haloumi cheese.
spicycorona Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Wish I could figure out how to post pics. Beef Stir Fry earlier took a couple shots.
Fosgate Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Last night a friend won a competition with this plate. Korean BBQ Beef with Spicy Sweet Potato Vermicelli served on bib lettuce. Serving again tomorrow at Party since he has plenty of shaved rib eye left.

smokenj Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 I am making an apple-stuffed pork loin covered with honey, cinnamon, and onions. Toss it in the slow cooker for three hours with some apple cider and serve it with potato pancakes, applesauce, and garlic green beans.
johndalton44 Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Surf n Turf. Steak turned out well at a Rare-Medium Rare. Living the dream.
LGC Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Biscuits 'n gravy and thrice cooked fried. It was very time consuming, but the results were totally worth it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
teamrandr Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Grilled burger, grilled corn, sweet potato its only Monday....
MrGTO Posted March 24, 2015 Author Posted March 24, 2015 Damn! Looks like everybody eats well on FOH! Buffalo Tri Tip w wild rice, sugar snap peas & carrots! I love sugar snap peas, remindes me of picking them out of the garden with my Mom when I was a kid. I ate about half what I picked as we went. Btw, the wife is pregnant so had to cook more to medium for her tastes right now or the meat would have been a touch over rare. 1
