Puros Y Vino Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 Should have taken some pictures. Made some lemon pasta with fresh chopped spinach topped with crumbled pork belly. Followed it up with a nice chunk of baked wahoo with lemon, pepper and onions. All washed down with a Cava. 1

We made a butterflied pork loin stuffed with parsley sausage and shreaded carrot. Then a traditional Italian Sunday "gravy" or tomato sauce with Sausage meatballs and lamb ribs with homemade ravioli. The bottom is my baby sister making meatballs. 2
