Rob08 Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 It looks appetizing!!!I love barbecue, the problem is that I'm allergic to almost all spices. Sometimes I indulge myself, but taking antihistamines before meals. 1
LLC Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 Too cold to cook outside but still able to make a great pork chop. 1

LLC Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 Simple pork chops on the KJ. Can’t beat the smokey flavor from the natural lump charcoal and some apple wood. Delicious. 2
LLC Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 My daughter gave me a Kamado Joe soapstone cooking stone and used it today for the first time and it was great. I used it for the scallops and they were probably the best I’ve had. Great dinner starting with cold crab legs for an appetizer and then shrimp and scallops on the KJ and some stuffed mushrooms. 2

Fosgate Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 Lunch today for a quick boil while I was smoking ribs, brisket and corned beef for guests tonight. I threw the brisket on at midnight last night and the ribs at lunch time. Went through half a dozen cigars and a 12 pack of beer in the process. I'm exhausted...headed for bed.
