Had this baby on from 12:30a until about 9a and then threw it in the cooler to stay warm until we ate. Enjoyed a great LGC MdO No2 during the last few hours of the cook. 6

Is there a way to do it without injury?

JamesNYC Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Prime 70 day aged Rib Steak on the bone: When it was done cooking I put it on a very warm plate and let it rest for 15 minutes tented under foil. Sorry, I was so excited to eat it that I forgot to take any more pics.
