Rye
Vegueros Tapados 46rg X 120mm Marevas extra(?) June 19, 2014 @ 7:20-8:40 pm A well rolled cigar in a light Colorado wrapper showing some oiliness Sweet baking spice smell from the foot I pierced the flat triple cap with an 11mm punch and reveal a deep "Cuban dimple". The cold draw provides perfect resistance and reveals only a dry grass flavour. 1rst. Takes to flame easily and the initial tastes are white pepper and baking spice with grass and cereal grains in the background. The start is of medium strength, medium to full body, and it's putting out loads of thick smoke. The finish lingers for a bit with baking spice and pepper flavours. 2nd. Some sweetness develops while the pepper has settled, and the cereal grassiness and baking spices remain constant. There is some nicotine strength showing but not much, and it is burning straight, clean, and even. The ash held until the half. 3rd. Cinnamon builds out of the baking spice, and mild earth replaces the remaining pepper notes as the nicotine increases strength. This is quite smooth for it's youth and I think with just a bit of age these could be a great daily smoker in a nice little vitola.

mk05
Quite literally, the Cuban interpretation of a menthol.
Rye
Quite literally, the Cuban interpretation of a menthol. You're always so bitter! So far, I am 2 for 2 with these new ones, and I've only ever smoked one of the old ones and it was good as well, so either I'm just lucky, or different than the masses. Did you try these during your last trip to TO?

oliverdst
It's a relaunch of a brand. I think everybody should try. If it was just another Guantanamera, ok, but let's give some credit to Habanos...
