Smalls Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 You are right about having to empty your pockets when you own a jeep. Here is mine when I bought it: I have since put about another $5K to get it exactly like I want it. A good portion of it has been changed or upgraded. I love it though. I don't think I will ever get rid of it. 1

markfwild Posted May 28, 2014 Posted May 28, 2014 It wasn't what i wanted, But hell it will do. I had to trade my sons Fiat Punto as it was getting worse by the month. Dinero people...serious dinero. I loved that Punto (1.9l Sport Diesel) as it flew. I thought it would be a great first car and it was for a time. Then the costs started and it wasn't. In my name....got a 2k trade on a new Hyundai I20. Ben wrote off the Punto 24 hrs after I signed the trade. 4 car accident. He was fine. I forgot that I insured the Punto for $11.6 K ......Woohooo. Drove back the Hyundai I20 today from the dealership. Seriously you get a lot of car for your 12.8K. i never want to drive it again. My jeep JK wrangler2007Diesel i traded on a new Jeep Cherokee Overlander Diesel with the offroad/bling package. Take delivery end of month. A long way away from the BMW 330 D Convertible I wanted but still it does 0-100 in 7.5 seconds and 8.5 litres per 100 kilometres. All the options of a Range Rover Vogue and at 1/3 the price with a moon roof to boot. I still need a car to go on the beach/ sand and if I put the JK wrangler in the warehouse it would deteriorate to a point of serious $. i will wait until the next buying cycle for the BM. If there is a person with a Jeep Cherokee Overlander Diesel out there...tell me how they are in real life! Looking forward to it landing. Still reticent with jeep albeit I have owned one for 7 years. Jeep = Just Empty Every Pocket. Hey Rob, am looking at the very same, any chance you can post a few words about the GC when you take control of it?
