Webbo Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Hello, no room at the inn so playing Tetris at the moment and wondering if I can accommodate a 25 box of RASS but actually all the boxes of cigars I have are cabs or SLBs. Anyone have the box dimensions for the RASS please? Thanks. 1
oliverdst Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 In my college days I would make an algorithim and with the dimensions of the boxes and the humi we would have the best space distribution. If someone remembers how to do it it would be very helpful.

Webbo Posted April 21, 2014 Author Posted April 21, 2014 I think they will just fit yes! A 25 box (well 19 now) of bloody HDM Petit Robustos (that I don't like actually) are knackering up my perfect plans though. Like the last piece in a 3D jigsaw that won't fit. I need some kind of TARDIS wineador, that would do the trick. 1
stargazer14 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Here is the seed for a great phone app : These are the dimensions in my humidor, what boxes will fit perfectly if I already have boxes of X and Y? And Siri responds - "would you like medium or full flavored?
poisonowns Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Cigar box Tetris is just obnoxious. As if receiving and getting storage conditions proper isn't already enough to consider, there's the issue of properly fitting the box in the space. I just put in the order for a 50 cab of RASS and am already trying to figure out how the heck I'm gonna swing this one.
AndrewNR Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 I found a really large like 100 bottle wine cooler that says it maintains 50-70 humidity similar to my 30bottld ventec and the same price.. Wish I'd saw it before and did some research on it!
Edd Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 I had my tupperware filled, so I mail ordered a couple of boxes of cigars with a 2 week lead time for delivery. That gave me 2 weeks to buy more storage. That was a deadline I was happy to head over my head.
Webbo Posted April 21, 2014 Author Posted April 21, 2014 When I started with cigars not so long ago I was given the same advice for wineador selection as I was when I was a young man on the pull on a night out in Yorkshire " go big early". Painful experience in these matters revealed the former was sound advice the latter not so much so.
LeafLover Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 If you have a wineador, just take out all the metal shelving and just stack all the boxes on each other.
