Definitely would need cigar scissors to clip that one....based on the diagram it seems you actually get two half rounds.

The trick is (because I've smoked quite a few of these), you put the top of the half circle in your mouth, and light the end dangling below your chin. You only have to be careful if you have a goatee or a long chin.
