Have a crack at the above poll.

I was enjoying a Bolivar Royal Corona with a mate of mine yesterday and I noticed he polished it off in 30 minutes....followed up with another of which he again polished it off in 30 minutes. Now he took off the bands and smoked them to the nub so he enjoyed them but noted some interesting comments which I will expand upon later thinking.gif

How long does it take you to smoke a Cuban Robusto?

Short answer, on average close to an hour and a half. Long answer, it depends on many variables. Whether or not I am outside, construction, temperature, humidity, by myself, how far down I smoke whi

90 - 105 minutes indoors. 60 - 90 outdoors. some of u smoke very quickly!

About 1hr 15min to 1hr 30 min for me.

Typically 1 hour, I smoke about 4 inches of any robusto usually and don't try to go beyond that, even if I am loving it.

I'm between 45 and an hour. Most of the time its 45ish when I'm by myself and closer to the hour mark when I'm with company. If the cigar is of cracker status I'll smoke it to the skin, otherwise it gets chucked early in the final third.

about 45 - 60 minutes. depends on how wet or dry the smokes are. I find if the smoke has a certain degree

of moisture in it then it smokes slower. If the smoke is dry as a match stick and the draw is wind tunnelish

then it smokes much faster. only one mans observation.

It depends how much time I have. If I'm in a rush, I can polish one off in 30 min but if I'm jus relaxing, about 45 min to an hour.

Cigar smoking is my time to relax so I typically don't rush through my cigars...a robusto will get me through 60-75 mins.

45 minutes, but i'm in the process of learning to smoke a little slower! I've now accepted that there's nothing wrong with relighting a few times if you have too.

At least an hour, sometimes 15 minutes more. I don't know how he did one in 30 minutes?, a Partagas short will get me 45 minutes of smoking time.

I usually take my time and punch it inside of an hour. I nub some inside 45 mins when I started but I seem to have slowed down.

It's portion control.... When I am walking a cigar and don't have much time, I can take big puffs without burning too hot and finish one in a half hour but if I'm relaxing then an hour for a robusto is about right....
