JoeyGunz Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 battling this beast at the moment, don't know whether I should lay off the cigars but I could really do with one!
Drguano Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Arrggghhhh!!! That is a disturbing image! Reminds me of a High School Health film called "The Ravages of VD"! 3
Smallclub Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Arrrggghhhh also! … Does this picture comes from 4chan.org? 2
... Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Same as Cohibasteve. From a family of fishermen/lumberjacks and salt is what I use. I repeat two times a day until gone.
Maplepie Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 battling this beast at the moment, don't know whether I should lay off the cigars but I could really do with one! the blood vessels around it put me in awe. what a strange development. Like something that comes out of a Dr. Who episode painted by Edvard Munch.
ramon_cojones Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 i've not studied the cause but if it's viral some anti-viral foods will clear it up like ginger, grate it into some tea and it'll take care of the rest, you should also take vitamin d as that strengthens the immune system also the topical treatments aren't going to prevent this from happening again unfortunately
Smallclub Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 My recommendation: a cure of lemon juice, vinegar, sour yogurt, pineapple, grapefruit.
airtrade Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Swish straight 3% peroxide. Always speeds up the healing for me.
Troels Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 If its on cheek, lips i've had luck with a dot of toothpaste
potpest Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Chlorhexidene Gluconate works a treat, available in chemists/supermarkets. numbs the pain instantly aswell.
Ted Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Get some silver nitrate, they look like match sticks, and burn that sucker off. It'll sting a bit, but then it's all good after. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caustic_pencil Fast and easy!
Ghabanos Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Has someone mentioned watermelon frost yet? Head to Chinatown (I just assume there's one everywhere) and get that (西瓜霜). The Chinese (the chinese that I know) swear by it. What is it? I don't know. Lol Btw. If this was already mentioned above apologies. I'm sometimes too lazy to read it all before replying.
Maplepie Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Btw. If this was already mentioned above apologies. I'm sometimes too lazy to read it all before replying. don't apologise. the lot of us have lives.... we can't all be like me with nothing to do every waking second of every day. 1
finecigar Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Funny you post this because I have the same right now and I have frequently got them since a child on and off some years where they were monthly others just on occasion. This year has been bad . Always get them on my lower gums beneath tooth and the inner lip constanty irritating. I am going to try some of these tips mentioned. I have experimented with silver nitrate but damn that pain is severe... and they never seem to go away for anything larger than a few mm for me. No cigar this week
