ag794516 Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 It has been a long time ago since DCs and Churchills has been reviewed. Has they been improved? Which one do you want to be reviewed in the next six months?
bassman Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Always like to see how BCGs are progressing. So far in the 2000s, my favorites in order, 2003, 2010, with 2006 being somewhat disappointing.
Ginseng Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 I voted the SLR (because I've been smoking from cabs and am very, very mixed about their performance), Sir Winston (because Sir Winston), and the Imperiales (because I have a few tucked away and am wondering what I might expect) Wilkey
PapaDisco Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 It has been a long time ago since DCs and Churchills has been reviewed. Has they been improved? Which one do you want to be reviewed in the next six months? Yeah, what's with Ken and Rob only smoking those itty bitty girly cigars?! Grand Edmundo . . . pffft! Give us some manly cigars if you're gonna go shoeless on camera! 1
Troels Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Punch dc - supposed to be great - havent noticed myself yet tho
mf83 Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 I voted for the Punch Churchill. Had one in Dublin last year and was so disappointed by the construction but what flavour I got out of it I really enjoyed.
ramon_cojones Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Just ordered a box of rags so will report back on those. New imperiales are excellent but a bit hard to find at the moment.
Ken Gargett Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Yeah, what's with Ken and Rob only smoking those itty bitty girly cigars?! Grand Edmundo . . . pffft! Give us some manly cigars if you're gonna go shoeless on camera! i don't get a choice - he just fronts up with some dodgy smoke he can't sell. i took a stand for a vid he did on his deck. it was some cigarette sized thing so i refused to attend. 1
dangolf18 Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 How about a review of the top 5 chosen. Nevertheless, would like to see how the HDM DC are smoking in particular.
ToroRph Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 How about a review of the top 5 chosen. Nevertheless, would like to see how the HDM DC are smoking in particular. Would be great to have this as we get closer to double corona season in North America.
Duxnutz Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 After Punch DC. Smoking a '99 as I type this.
GnarlyEggs Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Sir Winston, Bolivar, and any other churchills! 1
coug28 Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 After reading the 'Sir Winson' thread...similar coded Espis and Sir W sure would make for an interesting comparative video review! 2
nikonNUT Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Being quite the noob I vote... .All of them but if I can only pick one I'm curious to read a review of the BCG.
ewipper Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 After reading the 'Sir Winson' thread...similar coded Espis and Sir W sure would make for an interesting comparative video review! Would be interested to hear if anyone else thinks that (i) they have the same side taste and (ii) they didn't bother to even adjust the fortaleza.
dowjr1 Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 I went for the Romeo...been a while since we have seen good quality and finally saw some recently. Of course I had to pull the trigger. But some others I would like to see as well so no loss either way.
Bclass1 Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 I'd love to see a review on a Romeo y Julieta Cosecha 2008...there's not much coverage on that cigar to date.
garbandz Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 I'd love to see a review on a Romeo y Julieta Cosecha 2008...there's not much coverage on that cigar to date. Yes,I am sure that would benefit all of us...........
winelover Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 I went for the Romeo...been a while since we have seen good quality and finally saw some recently. Of course I had to pull the trigger. But some others I would like to see as well so no loss either way. X2 + also BCG. We know Sir Winnies are always good so what's the point?
thechenman Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 On the Double Corona front I voted for the Partagas Lusitania. On the Churchill front, I voted for the Cohiba Esplendido.
