Fosgate Posted May 30, 2014 Author Posted May 30, 2014 So I still have no resolution to this. Have not seen the humidor since Feb 21'st. And they have gone silent since April 8th when Diane emailed me saying her manager was out of country until April 14th and would contact me back with a final resolution. I have left multiple phone calls (April 15th, May 5th and today May 30th) and emailed them with requests to call me to let me know what their intent it. I still have yet to hear from anyone. I myself have 12yrs customer service and business management under my belt, needless to say I am upset at this point.

Sending back the original along with the just finished production of a Matt black 125 cig humidor and some DM cigars. (They didn't have anything bigger in stock they said.) rcarlson Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 That's pretty cool. I will admit, I was surprised that you thought they weren't treating you well with the issue. I had a very minor issue with one of the hinges in my DM and they bent over backwards and without asking agreed to refund a large portion of the the cost for the trouble. And I've been recommending them ever since.
Fosgate Posted July 2, 2014 Author Posted July 2, 2014 Finally got them delivered today after being repeatedly assured they will be sent next week. Two things. No refund for my shipping as promised ($60) and the "brand new" replacement has blemishes that were covered up.
UpInSmoak Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Did you receive the original humidor as well? 2 DMs for the price of an already discounted one seems like a great deal. Lesson learned, buy direct from the manufacturer. Customer service would of been much better. I have a DM and my experience with them was impeccable. You can't really blame the folks at DM. They had to deal with one of their resellers mess ups. They handled it better than I probably would of.
