Misterblue Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 I found this a good "record to binge watch" series. I don't make much time for TV but want something worthwhile when there is the downtime. Some parts are fastforwardable, but overall, entertaining.

There has been a lot of snow where I live, which is very unusual for this time of year. The respite of scenes of the Caribbean and a good dram of rum have been the perfect escape. AlastairE Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 Been getting into this lately. Was on the look out for a new show and stumbled across this thread. I watched the first 4 episodes in the last 2 days and I've been really enjoying it. Sometimes a teeeeeeny bit predictable, but nonetheless a standout new show. There's always been a whole gaping for a pirate show to fill. Pirates of the Caribbean was too watered down (kid friendly) but Black Sails adds the debauchery that a real pirate show needs. Locations are exceptional too (do parts of Cuba look like this....? )
