Puffy Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Hey guys, g`day from Melbourne down under, through the magic of google I finally found this awesome forum, I have been a cigarette smoker for few years and got sick of it, had my first proper cuban only a week ago at my birthday party Montecristo No.4(being suggested by several review sites as a good mild beginner cigar). the aroma and taste along with the motion of slow drawing puffing immediately captivated me like many people described as a calming ritual. Have been obsessed with cigars ever since been researching online cigar shops and watching documentaries. That No.4 cost me almost $60 from a shop in Melbourne CBD just for a single, which is effing ridiculous due to the Australian tax. Hoping to gain more knowledge and exchange thoughts with fellow cigar lovers and veterans here in the future! Ciao for now

I'm not saying you won't get Robbed but you leave the shop with some dignity left in you wallet. Research is expensive but golden rule buy from cigar retailers (we only have 3 worth a look in Melbourne) not Bottle shop and half arsed tobacconist. If your whole smoking experience is done through sellers like Rob you will always be heading in the right direction. Enjoy your journey mate.

Hey mate that`s exactly where I went cuz it looks most prestigious and respectable through my online search, everything in their humidor is 50+ bucks a single except really shitty machine made cigars, will definitely not go back again that`s for sure.
