Diplo 7 with a darker wrapper. It really surprised me because the last one I had with a lighter Colorado wrapper was already spent.

ERdM anniversary tied with 03 Siglo VI (which has been a reoccurring "year favorite" of mine for many years). Just keep getting more refined in profile. The ERdM was stunning. A true winner for Asia pacific regional... Probably one of best regionals globally that I have sampled.

Hmm sorry Rob I have a couple. First is my one and only Monte 520 sitting around a campfire in the woods with the family. Great scene and it was a great cigar. Loads of cream and coffee with just the right amount of punch and spice I love in a cigar, its how I wish my Monte 2's to be and sadly the 2's rarely hit this stride. Honorable mention to the 5 Upmann RR's I;ve smoked so far every one I always notice that I just keep looking back at the cigar thinking how can you wow me now and they've been awesome, went many boxes deep on those. 3rd honorable mention to a Sir Winnie from 10' gifted and man it was a true journey, I've never had a cigar evolve so much from just great toasted tobacco up front to a med full with spice and cream then back to gingerbread in the back half, glad I got a box.

I need to select two. Both have 2013 box codes and both are the best example of their respective vitola that I have ever come across

1. RyJ exhibition 4. This cigar has been off for years, the box I got this year is beautiful. Floral, woody, with a distinctly cherry note.

2. VR Unico. - every time I pull one out of the box I think to myself "now this is what a Habanos is all about". A true classic

Juan Lopez No 2

Always been a fav since I was turned onto them a few years back in Grand Cayman, but the stock of late has only gotten better. Dollar for pleasure, these have to be at the top. I've smoked a ton. For me,cigar-wise, 2013 is the year of the humble JL2.

It's a tie between a partagas c3 I had a few weeks back and the Siglo 1(year unknown/5pack) that I smoked tonight which was just amazing started off a bit bitter but nice and moved on to a creamy coffee then finished off with hints of cocoa, I can still taste it.

I'm surprised that there aren't any votes for the Behike. I've have a couple 52's and a 56 that were just downright amazing. My vote however goes to a well aged Padron 80th maduro that I had this summer which was a truly epic cigar...all the planets were aligned with this one, I don't think the experience could be replicated. The Behike on the other hand has been super enjoyable on each occasion. It's a photo finish with the 80th by a nose.

Another vote for the H Upmann RR. Everyone of them has been fantastic.
