if anyone feels this should be deleted for offensive language, no problem from me (but then surely poor language is an integral part of any discussion with telstra.

Aaahhh Kenny. Give them heaps. If you haven't been given a special direct number to call with a personal case manager your are not trying hard enough. I've got one now for Dodo and CBA.
