In retrospect, it should be an obvious clue about the stickers, etc being simply laid inside the box. The only thing that really caught my eye was the irregularity of the way the cigars were laid in the box with the labels not all neatly in a row; however, when I see that in pictures posted of boxes, I usually assume they have been handled by the owner and were not received that way.
