when do Cuban cigars get released each year?

When are existing cigar lines released each year? Is there a certain time the new years stock starts to get released or is each year's stock shipped in limited releases to keep a fevered frenzy among buyers. Some lines I am interested in appear to be sold out and I was wondering when new stock is released ?

good question. I'm curious too. It's my impression that standard issue stuff is released constantly throughout the year (given the box code system, I assume this). While LE and RE stuff is released once during a year.
