DrunkenMonkey Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 The rocky patel vintage 1990 is surprisingly good. Seriously?
jrb5783 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Seriously? My dad loves the decade even the new blend. But this is also the guy that smokes 3-5 perdomo champages a day ...
BradNC Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 It's a tie between Ken and Rob for me. Smithy was up there before he discontinued himself.
Jeremy Festa Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 It's a tie between Ken and Rob for me. Smithy was up there before he discontinued himself. Haha! Very good
kevfi Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Padron 1926 maduro and Hemmingway Short story. Though, I have started to replace the short story with party shorts. The price point is the same and it is a superior smoke.

guideright Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 I was glad to see another mention of the Paul Garmirian sticks - picked up a sample of their reservas and pleasantly surprised - a bit pricey but a good cigar - better yet is the plastic PG cutter - I'm not affiliated but this is a very nice little guillotine - $20
mash Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 Like a lot of folks here, I've been gradually moving away from NC's. Have always liked the Padron Annis, Illusiones, Oliva MB and Anejos. Last night I had a Padron '26 #2 Maduro, and it was great. I will never give up on NC's completely, they are a nice change of pace.
in0gravity Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Had my first San Lotano on Friday. Have to say, this is a pretty good cigar. Just a bit sad that such a talent like AJ Fernandez has left Cuba. I wonder what his cigars would taste like with 100pct cuban tobacco. regards Lars
