Brazil World Cup 2014

Gents,

Was hoping any botl from Brazil or familiar with the country be able give some recommendation and the cost of accommodation and food around that taking into consideration the super super peak time.

Me and my friends planning to have a boy's trip to rio for the World Cup. It's still in planning stages, FiFA just released the cost of tickets which is not too bad but I'm quite sure everything else is gonna be expensive.

Rio is a great city, I miss all the fun there, the atmosphere and specially the churrasquerias ....

How long do you intend to spend in Rio?

Any other city? I live in Curitiba.

If you plan to come with more 2 or 3 friends I recommend you to rent an apartament. But we talk about that later.

I will work in a kind of how-to to the World Cup in Brazil and will post here later (not sure exactly when. weeks, months...).
