I like to try different things and this is different for sure.

After reading a whole bunch of rave reviews I just had to give it a go.

Patron XO Cafe, coffee flavoured tequila, or is it the other way around?!

More coffee than tequila but it has a little bit of a kick to it.

It's pretty sweet but tastes rather nice when it really chills down over a couple of ice cubes.

Definitely not something you'd drink more than a glass or two at a time, I'd say it'd just be nice every once in a while on a warm day maybe.

It paired very well with the Punch petit coronations that have finally turned a corner for me and are smoking very nicely and have that nutty flavour profile that I really like about em.

Hence coffee and nuts wink.png

At $74 Aussie dollars a bottle I'm not really sure that I'd recommend it due to the fact that I see it as a once in a while kinda drink but that's just my take on it, it does get good reviews though

That I have not had, but I have had a taste or three of some of the finer vodka cafes.

I wouldn't buy a bottle but a taste of it on rare occasion is sort of a nice treat.

Ive tried it - its dirt cheap in the states and duty free on island, not my cup of tea, nor my cup of tequila!

A while back when I worked in wine retail we were given a bottle of this as a sample, quite a lot of it found its way into morning coffees innocent.gif

Haha, that could work!

I'm still undecided on this stuff, it is very sweet, both my housemates loves it.

I think it has lost my attention for a while and it'll make it's way to the liquor cabinet.

As I said, It'll be nice in the warmer months. Although it's not going away until I've tried it in my coffee biggrin.png
