padrinocubano Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 COHIBA Humidor with 50 BEHIKE, made in 2006 by Tabacuba for special present Regards PC
Colt45 Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Nice but are they just BHK56s in a fancy box? I can't know, but they look more like the original behike - Link from Trev's site ...... BHK 56 came out around 2010.
canadianbeaver Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Not a Behike band for starters. So move on from there.
Trevor2118 Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Not a Behike band for starters. So move on from there. Let's not be too quick to judge.
canadianbeaver Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Let's not be too quick to judge. Sorry, you are absolutely right!
BrotherBear Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Kai, your treasures never cease to amaze! Hope you are well my friend!
CaptainQuintero Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Wow superb! What is the vitola? It looks like the same as the 2007 release. Enjoy them! Would love to see a review of how they smoke!
Puros Y Vino Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Stunning! I do hope you smoke these treasures now and then.
padrinocubano Posted June 22, 2013 Author Posted June 22, 2013 Let's not be too quick to judge. This is a Humidor with the BEHIKE cigars from 2006/2007. a very rare special gift. From the BEHIKE humidors were made 100 pieces. From this humidors were made less than 10 pieces! the humidor is to see each year at the Habanos festival see pictures from the exhibition "Tabacuba" Best regards PC
Trevor2118 Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Wow superb! What is the vitola? It looks like the same as the 2007 release. A Behike is also vitola Behike - a 52 x 192 Double Robusto with pigtail. Here is the original Behike 40 Aniversario release.
finecigar Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Wow! Thanks for sharing. Quite a box you have there!
Lotusguy Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Nice catch! So these don't have individual serial numbers like the original Behike release then? Still rolled by the same one roller?
Trevor2118 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Nice catch! So these don't have individual serial numbers like the original Behike release then? The second handwritten numbered Behike band is replaced with the special Palm Tree band. Attached photo shows the three sizes of Palm tree bands....photo taken at the El Laguito Factory.
CaptainQuintero Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Fantastic stuff! Is the blend of the regular production BHK based upon the original BHK? I can't even begin to imagine what they must smell like nevermind taste!
BonVivant Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 interesting display?????? where is the display from????
