Ken Gargett Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Let one day you be called a fraud. Let one day you be threatened by an ignoramus wannabee who's computer screen is his saviour because for the love of God one wouldn't say that to my face. I will tell you what harsh is. Harsh is he will seek a charge back from his CC company (process started). Great cigars gotten for nothing. (Moderated) him and his ilk. all i can say is thank god i don't know anything about one bloke selling another bloke his own cigars after second bloke had already bought said cigars elsewhere and if second bloke was speaking to either of us, i still wouldn't mention it. all i can say is thankfully i kept the esplendido's!
Tino Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Anyone who throws their toys out of the pram and initiates a chargeback despite having received legitimate stock is a (moderated) of the highest order.
sengjc Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 ...in this country the CC companies don't follow up to that extent. they send you a letter giving 14 days to respond. In one recent case we responded and showed the client was refunded on X date. They still took the money from our account. So out a box, the refund and the chargeback. Ouch... Whoa, that's rough. Sort of paying the **** to smoke the cigars.
Ken Gargett Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 Thats a new one! I have no idea what it means, but I think I will use it!!! LOL all yours shlomo! i suspect you'll have many opportunities. use away.
vitruvius Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 LMAO ! Good one. I Never get these creative description from Czar, only amazing looking CCs
Ophidion Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Working at a job that is 75% customer service and 25% fixing people's broken stuff I can appreciate the email that was posted. There is nothing more exciting than a customer blaming their mishaps on myself. Here is an example from last week: Customer - "There is no (moderated) way I spilled water on this computer, this computer is never near water! You must have spilled something on it!" Myself - "I am not saying you spilled anything on it but I find it impossible that this computer has never been near water ever considering 70% of the earth is water and most people have plumbing in their homes, at least ones who can afford 3500 dollar laptops. As for me spilling water on it, when did that happen, you JUST handed it to me and there is water dripping out of the computer." Customer - "We'll I didn't do it so why should I have to pay for it when it's someone else's fault" Me - "You shouldn't have to, so I recommend finding whoever did it and make them pay for it"
