JohnS Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 60g Boveda for 25 cigars is suggested right? A tupperdor sounds like a great idea for easy storage. Yes, but I think the 60 gram pack can do 50 to 100 cigars easily in an airtight plastic tupperdor container. I have 40 to 50 in 2 long-term tupperdors and 80 to 90 in my 'go-to' tupperdor. Again, the packs in these have lasted ages and the cigars smoke very well. But...we live in Sydney were average daily relative humidity is 50% to 65% year round, hence why the packs don't have to work too hard if you store your tupperdors in a stable (temperature-wise) environment. 1
Randolph Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Thanks John... really informative. Yes we're lucky in Sydney. What % do you use? I use 65% but have found them very difficult to get hold of!
JohnS Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I settled on 65% for long-term storage and 62% for the 'go-to' cigars. I agree, they are hard to get a hold of, I've sent you a pm.
