How many cigars would you smoke a day/week if you had access to unlimited quantities of any cigar ever produced and the cigars were free? And what would you smoke on a daily basis?

I would probably go from 3-5 a week to 1 or 2 a day, just depends my schedule and all. I would be smoking all dunhills, original diplomatic lanceros, siglo VIs from AGO 03 (only have one box left), or SP coronas gigantes. Maybe a few boxes of original Behikes LOL... If only...

Same as now - it's a time issue rather than a cigar issue for me ;)

I probably would not change my habits much, 1 or 2 a week. As others have said, finding the time to appreciate a cigar is the biggest constraint, not access to good CCs. Then again, we're lucky to have an LCDH here in Montreal so I guess that takes away some of the difficulty in finding a good cigar ! Prices are prohibitive but at least one can go there and satisfy his craving should he not have any cigars at hand !

I think I'd maintain my 1 or 2 a day, but certainly expand the number of different brands and vitola's I smoke.

I would probably smoke at least one a week, possibly up to three as opposed to one every one to two weeks currently. I would probably try a bit of everything.

Would probably not change from my current 1 every evening Mon-Fri and 2-3 each Sat & Sun, but would smoke cc's exclusively.

Prossibly! I would go from 1 or 2 a week, to easily 1 a day! Would blaze anything and everything!

It is a time thing as well for me as well but if I could theoretically light a cigar and be oblivious to when or if I came back to it, I would need a nacional ashtray on every hard surface within eyesight! Great topic.

my smoking habits would not change...i smoke a cigar when i feel like having one...i can go a week and not have a cigar

Actually I do not think I would change a thing. 1-3 max, sometimes 0.

Honestly we have this attitude that there are only so many cigars we can smoke in a day/lifetime and we are trying to get the best ones we can find. Sometimes these cost a ton, sometimes they are reasonable. The fun is usually in the hunt.

Awesomesauce Conversion Chart

24 Hours in a day = 24 Beers in a case = 24 Shots in a bottle of whiskey = 25 Cigars in a box

Therefore, in conclusion, vis a vis, it is scientific proof that I would enjoy one cigar, one beer and one shot an hour, every hour, all day, every day, for the rest of my life, with one mulligan cigar extra to throw out each day.

Add a beautiful steak and you are good to go Skyfall!

As others have said I would smoke the same 1-2 a day during the week and maybe increase to 3-5 a day on weekends...otherwise my rate would be the same.

And since this is a fantasy were I have anything I can imagine avalible to smoke I would actually be smoking less now that I think about it....it would be paralizing to try and figure out what to smoke if you could reach into a magic humidor for anything you can think of. Davidoffs or Dunhills, LGC or Diplomatic Cohibas, Prince of Wales or Black Prince, Gold Medials or Silver wrapped Diademas....just too many choices.

Nope I am actually pretty happy with my life and smoking now..working on minor improvements vs major fantasy versions.

I wouldnt change my cosumption although I dare say I would try alot more different cigars out there.

Would have alot more variety in my humidor not singles but boxes :)

Cool thread topic. I would love to smoke 1-3/day but currently it's 1-3 per week due to time.

As for what I would smoke? I would have some Dunhills, more regionals, some of the white whales like1994s, 1492s, and a lot of LEs. I would also smoke more cigars that are 10-30 years old.

Wouldn't change much I guess, same 3-5 cigars per week. If I had unlimited free time on the other hand, I think I would still smoke around the same number of cigars but they would be bigger! These days it's so seldom that I find the time to smoke a cigar that takes more than 1hr to smoke.

Not one bit except that there are occasions when I don't start a cigar purely because there might not be the chance to finish it, with unlimited this problem goes away!!

Unlimited in some ways would be less fun though as there isn't the choosing and saving etc which actually makes the enjoyment greater.

I would be interested in working with a master roller, sampling different blends and vitolas until I found my own custom vitola that he could roll in bulk for me.

I'd probably actually smoke less. Perhaps 1-2 Dunhill Cabinettas a week, a couple Cohiba Esplendidos from the early 90's. Might smoke more small skinny cigars like the Davidoff Ambassadrice and Cohiba Exquisito. For some reason, I don't think I'd go apeshIt and try smoking as much as possible, but I would initially try a lot of old production stuff. Also, if I were smoking 3-5 Dunhill Cabinettas a day, then there's no hunting down a better cigar (imo) and honestly everything else might taste like crap.

If I had access to unlimited Cigars of any kind I would not change my smoking habits. generally one or two a month depending on how many parties I have, but I would give out more of my pricy stock to friends at the party if I had an unlimited supply assuming I actually got them free and had unlimited. What would that even be like one of those never ending boxes? would you be able to walk down in this box and climb down into a huge Humidor, a Warehouse or maybe even a whole world that is a huge humidor full of cigars?!?!?!?! I think I am over thinking this, lol looking.gif
