Hoyo De Monterrey - Epicure De Luxe: 2 Punch - Sir John and 1 H.Upmann Magnum 48: Must say, Berlin is a very cigar friendly city, lots of lounges and good shops about!

The regional edition Sir John's were 11 euros each. As for the Hoyo's, don't think I'm allowed to say, but look carefully at the first picture
