If CCs dominated the ratings, it would certainly isolate readers from the US who we know cannot legally obtain or smoke Cubans. Simple politics. Jah Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 When I consider all the cigars I smoked this year, I would say the best of the 2012 releases I smoked were almost all Cubans with the exception of this year's Opus X Reserva d'Chateau.
