Sitting here with my work shirt on....a Partagas P1 cigar...a glass of red and an orange diet soda.

I am also in my underwear.

I have noted of late that I am wearing underwear around the house...well...continuously. Pants appear now superflous unless heading to the office.

Once upon a time I was aghast when visiting Ken's and finding him in his Y fronts. Admittedly I wear the boxer types but alas the mere thought that I am turning into Ken is causing me some concern

Are there any other "Undies at Home" men out there? Is there a specific time in your life that this happened?

When it is hot lets face it who cares these days unless your opening the door to sales people or your kids friends, I also see little difference to wearing budgie smugglers to be honest unless the material is a little worn .

I guess this started around the time of realizing that when i got home there was no need to impress anybody or conform to what is referred to as the norm in past society.

I often wear sleep shorts or pants around the house and didn't think much of it. I'm now extremely concerned I'm on a slippery slope to the man in his tightey whiteys watering the lawn or fetching the morning paper!

Secondly I do not nor shall I ever sit around in my boxers. Although I feel underwear is essential.

I used to walk around my boxers in the house a lot before when i was younger now i'm a PJ guy. of course maybe the reason why i changed is due to the fact that i got a heat pump that cools me down in the hot summers and it was kinda cool with just the boxers. hehe

Can't claim to be a "undies at home" guy, but unless there's even activities planed as soon as I get home I'm a "pj's at home" guy. Winter time here, means I'm in scotch plaid flannel pajamas within minutes of getting home from the salt mine.

i wear the same thing all day - usually jeans and a buttoned shirt, sometimes smart casual if i'm meeting clients. my wife and friends often remark they don't understand how i can be comfortable at home like that. perhaps i should try strutting around in my gitch....see how fast i'm encouraged to put my pants back on.

I've been an underwear at hm guy forever. When living with parents. Single. And even now married. Nothing wrong with being comfy. Just depends on what comfy means. I mean heck if u can't be comfy at hm where can u be? Am I right?

I think this behavior starts whenever a man is living alone. I did it in college when I didn't need to go out, my classmate would often open the door in his boxers when he didn't have class. Nothing wrong with shorts around the house.

Love the photo! Good to know I'm not alone here. I'm an underwear guy too, both in winter and summer. I love wearing underwear at home. The only time I need to watch myself is when we are iChating with the in-laws. My wife usually alerts them to it, although there are those occassions when they are caught by surprise
