Puros Y Vino Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Had an excellent Sparkling Shiraz from Australia. A real eye opener. The bold richness of Shiraz with the softness of a Champagne. A little bit of Balvenie 15YO as well. Tonight at the in-laws a 2009 Sancerre to go with turkey. Maybe some Cognac afterwards. Sadly, no cigars.
orangedog Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Had this with steaks from the grill. Great wine for red meat!
winelover Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Claret with the Turkey. Some Glenmorangie original 10 years. Not too much as I had to drive back later

Perrier Joulet Champagne at midnight. We almost made it to the 2001 Sauternes. I guess I can save that for another occasion.

canadianbeaver Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Last night went for dinner at my daughter's boyfriend's parents house (keep up ok?) They presented us with this for the holidays: Never had it before but looking forward to adding it to the winter line-up!
CanuckSARTech Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 Ooooh, nice stuff, Lisa. Tell your daughter she has to kick him to the curb - the parents are covering up something for him!
