Melbourne Newbie

Hi all,

Having recently discovered another of life's pleasures - cigars - I'm like a kid in a candy store trying to absorb all there is to know about these great "conversation sticks". Can't remember becoming so passionate about a hobby so quickly.

I've started out with Hoyos (Epicure No.2 and des Dieux) and love how smooth they are (although the des Dieux were still a bit young). Nevertheless, I'm excited about this new love affair - albeit a touch worried its going to be a lifelong one.

Looking forward to learning from you guys and gals and catching up for a few smokes in time. I'm based in Melbourne but travel a bit also.

I haven't posted up a reminder in the c.u.n.t.a.s section yet, but the meets are normally on the first Sat of the month starting at 6:30pm at RA Lounge in the CBD.

The exception to this will be December where we will be heading out to a winery to end the year. Details are available in the c.u.n.t.a.s section.
