sengjc Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Good old Harviestoun Old Engine Oil porter, my very last bottle from a case bought a while back. In my opinion, as good as it gets for porter, in Australia at least.

kevinfj Posted April 3, 2013 Author Posted April 3, 2013 Over the last few days...... Something I really enjoyed. A home brew West Coast Amber (turned out a little darker than amber but still really good). And a VERY hard to find IPA from Maine Brewing Company. What a find!
celtmick1984 Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 Drank a few Old Rasputin imperial Russian stout A go to beer for me, especially since I can get it on tap at a local pub. Got a bottle of the barrel aged Old Rasputin from 11 resting, probably will pop it next winter. Never say die!
celtmick1984 Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 Some recent jewels: The Old Guardian Oak-Smoked from Stone is really nice, a more balanced, less malty Barley Wine. Lot of versatility for pairings.
kevinfj Posted April 10, 2013 Author Posted April 10, 2013 Ithaca (NY) "Flower Power". What a great name for a great IPA.
