Completely different side of the same Texas music coin, but near and dear to my heart are: Alejandro Escovedo and Slaid Cleaves just to name two. Brazos might beg to differ but most of my tenure in Texas was in Austin, and the Austin music scene is unlike any other.

good clip, though hard to beat the great warren!

i remember years ago that a few mates and i drove around the states on the 'lawyers, guns and money' tour! needless to say, we had no guns nor money but we did have lawyers.

always sorry i never saw him in concert. he had a tour planned, and was playing about half a k from hom on the coast, but cancelled - i think the health had become a major issue. much missed.
