lostsoulcamero Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 No tobacco, I save my lungs for better things. To quote president Clinton I did not inhale
Matteye Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Nada. I didn't even think it was possible. WAY too painful.
audio1der Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Inhale cigar smoke?? Madness IMO. I DO push it up through the back of my throat and up, out of nose, but never inhale it. (*I beleive this is called a "retrohale"?)
Ginseng Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Nada. I didn't even think it was possible. WAY too painful. Yes, undiluted, it WILL have you gasping for breath. Wilkey
GotMuscle Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 Just retro for me. I'm just down with the goodness of the flavors, and I will say I'm guilty of the little inhale from the hot end.
demer Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 Inhaling a cigar means Im going to throw up at some point in the future. 1
Duane Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Agreed. I have a hard time with smoking indoors if the room is not well ventilated. When smoking in most lounges and cigar stores, I will often get light headed when sitting down in a crowded room for a couple of hours. I kind of get irritated when I can't enjoy the aromas of my own cigar. +1 Exception when it is cold in winter, its an great way to enjoy without the shivering cold. I find being outside in the cold im too busy trying to finish it to get back inside to the warmth so don't enjoy my cigar.
snickers99 Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 When I'm drawing on a cigar, I occasionally like to tip the cigar downwards.... and inhale a little bit of the smoke coming off of the foot. I find the aromas to be much more enhanced by the burning wrapper. This is the only time that I intentionally inhale smoke. +1
SerieT Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 Inhaling a cigar means Im going to throw up at some point in the future been there, done that! learned my lesson and will never inhale again!!
bassman Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 dumb question..is retrohaling through the nose inhaling? Would that be second hand smoke?
Paul3 Posted September 23, 2012 Posted September 23, 2012 Retrohale only for me and even then only a few times during the smoke, certainly not after each draw. One day though I hope to work myself up to the supreme Prominentes status this guy has attained. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2DJE7XvCRM

For onem the title is wrong, it should be "how to smoke a 1.5 hour cigar in 15 minutes or less". --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=20.631593,-87.070539
nikesupremedunk Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Made me cringe every time that moron took a deep breath of the smoke in...whatever gives him eprops i guess.. 1
Hoshneer Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 In my eyes cigars are not meant for inhaling and it would be very dangerous if you would on a regular basis. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
tburke89 Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 What an idiot the kid in that video is. Making a face like he's Billy Bad-ass every time he inhaled. The fact he was wearing leather gloves doesn't help his credibility either, only makes him look half *****. I took a big inhale of my '11 Allones LE tonight by mistake (such a habit from the cigarettes). Yuck... Also, how many of you regularly exhale through your nose and how often?
Hoshneer Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I regularly exhale through my nose to get the flavors. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
AndrewNR Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Curiosity is a dangerous thing.. Anyone wondering what else the cigar inhaling guy has on his youtube channel.. Take it from me.. What has been seen can not be unseen. There are no answers to be found there. Back away slowly.

Hotpuma Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Coming from cigarettes I was told "you don't inhale Cigars". I still had to try it and see. Inhaling as you would a cigarette was disgusting and I've not done that again..ever. However, on the rarest of occasions (now) I still do what I think was referred to here as french inhaling. I let the smoke trickle out of my mouth up through my mustache while inhaling deeply through my nose. The little wisps of smoke give an intense nicotine rush but it is still not advised to do this very often because when I first started smoking cigars (about 6 months ago) I did this multiple times with the one cigar and I ended up with a huge headache afterwards (although the nicotine rush was to die for...pun intended). Nowadays, I prefer to enjoy the taste and aroma and as the cigarette driven crave for nicotine has thankfully subsided, I find the enjoyment factor of a quality cigar to be higher by not inhaling that doing so. 'Weird' is what I would have said to that a year ago. If someone said to me, when I still was smoking cigarettes, that not inhaling was going to be a more satisfying smoke than inhaling, I would have looked at them like they were nuts. But here we are. Aren't cigars great.

Times like these makes me wish that video and broadband weren't much much more expensive. Just some really bad uses of ones and zeroes. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=20.631714,-87.070539
Markfoz Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 I've inhaled a few times when I first started smoking cigars....the cigar sickness that kicked in immediately after ..set me straight... I think this is why I prefer a much stronger cigar... It reminds me not to inhale at all.
paulF Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Had my first Cigar when i was around 17 and of course i inhaled , or at least tried Never inhaled since that time !
GottaBeKD Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Just today I was getting the ****** primed for the ladies while smoking my cigar. Handed the hose over to my wife and grabbed the cigar. I pulled like I would when setting up a ****** not realizing it was a cigar. That was not fun. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2

Same here, the smell of the wet tobacco and small traces of smoke make a very tantalising aroma. Almost addictive.
