The 4th of July turned into a 6 day weekend for me and about 15 others over the course of the holiday. Spent the entire time out at the lake, swimming, relaxing, cooking, drinking, boating, and smoking!

Briskets, Baby Back Ribs, Spare Ribs, Beef Ribs,Whole Side Ribeye, Homemade Sausage, Dipping Sop, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Homemade (9 time award winning) Texas Style beans, cornbread, white bread, deviled eggs, pickles, fresh sweet Texas onions, cookies, pies, cakes and brownies.

Many, Many , Many cigars!!!!!!!

There is no such thing as excess.

Excellent.

I think my personal beer count from Tuesday to Thursday was in the 48-58 ballpark.

Brisket looks wonderful!

I love me some burnt ends.... my favorite!!! :hungry:

The George T Stagg is one of my favorite bourbons.

Thats Awesome! Pretty sure I could taste the yummy char on that brisket. Well done!

The High Life product might have been unnecessary roughness, though. Usually makes the next morning less then pretty for me.
