Spent the entire time out at the lake, swimming, relaxing, cooking, drinking, boating, and smoking! Briskets, Baby Back Ribs, Spare Ribs, Beef Ribs,Whole Side Ribeye, Homemade Sausage, Dipping Sop, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Homemade (9 time award winning) Texas Style beans, cornbread, white bread, deviled eggs, pickles, fresh sweet Texas onions, cookies, pies, cakes and brownies. Many, Many , Many cigars!!!!!!!

GernBlansten Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 Thats Awesome! Pretty sure I could taste the yummy char on that brisket. Well done! The High Life product might have been unnecessary roughness, though. Usually makes the next morning less then pretty for me.
