Not sure if it's a valid idea or not. But what about sending along details of this to Cigar Dave Radio, or whatever it's called now? I'm not an overly huge fan of him, myself anyways. And whatever the general perception of people think of him and his radio show, I don't really care (it's kind of like politics or religion - too one-sided either way maybe).

But, his show does have a huge audience, and mass market appeal. If you got him to mention / bring light to his audience about this petition, it might help out.

Before your post I had never heard of cigar Dave. Thanks to you I'll be going to bed a less ignorant man!

Did some Googling on the man and his show. He appears to be a very polarizing figure with strong ties to non Cuban cigar manufacturers. I am not sure he would be the best spokesman for the petition but never having heard the man or the show I'll defer judgement to those who have.

Any opinions either way out there?

Clearly from the apathy being shown to this post people are happy chasing LE an RE releases to satisfy variety rather than maintaining that variety in standard production. As has been said earlier in this thread if you say nothing you get what you deserve.
