Just kidding re the broccoli, I used to be anti-veg but if you do them right and marinate (if you ever see what Koreans do to veg you'll know what I'm talking about) then they can be delicious and give you a lot of satisfaction. I know this is heresy to some. Still must try David's "steakspearance" sometime. G
