Against My Better Judgement! (Update)

So in an effort to please my wife, I cooked this stuff called "Chicken" (I think it's hip these days) , you may have heard of it. The other stuff on the plate, I've been told are called Vegetables.

Against my better Judgement:

Caribbean Jerk Grilled Chicken

Fresh Corn soaked in beer and spices and grilled with the Husk on.

Roasted "Vegetables"

Whatever

Looking at that plate I'd have to say you really don't like chicken. Any way, I did a variation on your dry age cheat and the steaks came out pretty good. Nice tip, thanks.

I've got to season it and let the babydoll sleep! I will enjoy it Friday night with my wife, a 2004 QDO Gran Corona, some wine, some suds, maybe Texas Rangers Baseball, maybe the movie We bought a Zoo -(This depends on what my wife want's to do afterwards if you catch my drift)

This is the biggest one I've cut in a while, a full 25 Ounces - it will want every bit of 48 hours sleep.
