sg1234 Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Through a mutual friend, my wife and I met Nino and company at the El Laguito cigar factory in Havana earlier this month. It was a nice group of people and a fantastic experience to see this factory. Thanks again Nino for showing us around. Below are some photos and a video from our tour of the factory. Nino and friends are welcomed to the factory Cohiba display case in the reception area My wife and I in front of a Cohiba sign in the entrance facility Klaus and Nino The main factory building - we'll get there later Rear of the main building Inside the sorting area, a female worker sorts tobacco and prepares the leaves for humidification Sorting leaves Heading into the blending room Piles of tobacco From left to right: binder, medio tiempo, ligero, seco, volado.
