Well... the "representatives of the people" got together and have started making decisions... perhaps I am not very well informed (aside from reading the Habanos SA letter posted earlier), but can someone please clarify:

did they exclude cigars? or

are we to get cigars in paper boxes (no SLB, etc)?

I think this part of the article basically sums it up for me, my thoughts exactly :

Liberal Alex Hawke told Parliament he doubted the legislation would work.

"I've got news for the Minister for Health and the Government - life kills people. It's a dangerous activity, life. There are no laws we can pass to prevent that," he said.
