Speaking of Japan! Are there any good smoking spots in Osaka, Kyoto and/or Tokyo? I'm going to Japan with my dad at the end of the month (matched with a weekend in Hong Kong) I found the standard LCDH's in Tokyo but can't really find anything else (found an old list that includes most of the LCDH's)

If your father goes to Tower Records in Shibuya, then you can hop over to the LCDH in Shibuya. The LCDH in Tokyo are actually called "Le Connaisseur"

If not, you can always check out Nomura Tobacco, which has one of the biggest walk-in humidors in Japan if I'm not mistaken. They have a big selection and a few chairs/sofa to smoke, but offer no food. Cash only, no cc.

Also, if you're in the Omotesando area, there's always Chardonnay that is quite pleasant.

If you want, shoot me a pm and, if I'm available, we could go for a cigar together.

Le connaissseur was one of the best place to smoke cigar in Tokyo, but I also have strongly recommended to browse Maduro bar at the Grand Hyatt hotel at Roppongi. Nice bar and good music.

Be careful, cigar price in Japan is really expensive. If you could bring your own would be better option than buy in Japan.

Hello FOH,

I met up with Rob while he was in HK this weekend. We had a quick drink and a cigar afterwards.

Here are a few pictures of that wonderful afternoon.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say hi to everyone here. This is a great place with great people.

I'll be back in Toronto next month and hopefully I could herf with my homies. :)

I got a single lying around somewhere as well, never had a chance to smoke it and I assumes it'd be pretty strong so wanted to let it rest for a while. It looks pretty next to a Bolivar Gold Medal though :)
