tdlfoto Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 A mini-photo essay from a trip into Pinar Del Rio I took a couple years back. I still have that very rustic "custom" he kindly rolled for me. Light inside the barn, though minimal and puched the boundaries of the camera, was extremely atmospheric as there was a low door from which sunlight bouncing off the turf was illuminating the interior of the barn. 1
DougB Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Excellent pictures. They tell a great story without words. Thanks!
Ginseng Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Wonderful! Well-composed and perfectly lit. Please share more if you've got 'em. This is worthy of rolling into a coffee table book. Wilkey

PigFish Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 I especially like the head/cigar shot. As a kid I remember the Marlboro man. This, Cuba's, Habanos Man; iconic! Great work.
mazolaman Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Yeah, really cool. Nicely taken, and the picture itself almost fits an idea of what we all think it should be like.
