3 for me, 1 for a friend.

Port Charlotte Heavily Peated. Had the Rockside farms last year which was unpeated and fantastic. Had a pour of this before Christmas at a friends and it was excellent.

5 yo Talisker, Hepburn's independent bottling. 59.5%. Think this is my 5th bottle from them. All have been good to fantastic. Hoping this continues the trend.

Pair of Kilchoman Sainig. New release of theirs, effectively the opposite of Machir Bay which is Bourbon aged and sherry finished, this one is sherry aged and bourbon finished. Absolutely fantastic stuff.

Big fan of Japanese whisky...the Hibiki is nice...

I'm really enjoying it thus far, cracking blend! Definitely gonna make note of your recommendation off the back of this.

Thanks Seng. Fair price.

Apparently there's quite a bit of backlash with the pricing for this 8 Year Old as it is priced comparably to their standard 16 Year Old.

Huh. The 16 is $120 here.

It seems the pricing is not particularly consistent around the world. The 16 Year Old is around AUD$90.

yep varies from around $86 to $114 at Dan Murphy's near me .How was in Seng ?

I haven't received the Lagavulin 8 Year Old yet. Still in transit - stuck at customs, I reckon.

Sorry, I can't get the rotation deal fixed.

Anyway, I've been seeing the Mortlach 25 for some time, and the price got lowered so I grabbed it. The Willett 3 yo Rye is said to be excellent.post-13680-0-98185000-1463358731_thumb.j
