I actually tried a sample of this one before deciding on a bottle purchase and I was really impressed. Neat - good clean and sweet sherry on this one with little wood influence but really fruity.

sengjc
This one is really good - surprisingly balanced for an Ardbeg - highly drinkable, "smoky vanilla ice cream".

Anyway, can't go wrong with peat and sweet PX, I am sure.

StingMeadery
This one is really good - surprisingly balanced for an Ardbeg - highly drinkable, "smoky vanilla ice cream". Little on the mild side for an Ardbeg, subtle yet I felt it was missing something, a little more...well just "Ardbeggy" I reckon. I bought two at Ardbeg day as well...had to go home for a Galilleo to recover my composure At least it's better than last years Auriverdes ! I think ?
