Lotusguy Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Just found an exceptional bottle. Paid through the nose, due to high taxes. Nice! Would love to hear how it compares with the "regular" 105

sengjc Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Nice! Would love to hear how it compares with the "regular" 105 I'll bet it will tastes about 10 years older and 100 times rarer. 1

TM-US Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Nothing special today- had to restock on Glendronach 15, also picked up a bottle of Cutty Sark Prohibition. Anyone else a fan of this new Cutty? I don't like regular Cutty Sark.
sengjc Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 The price had dropped significantly for these where I am so I couldn't resist a couple of bottles of Ardbeg Auriverdes for the collection. 1

StingMeadery Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Any advice on which Mortlach bottlings are really good? I bought this one as a gift for a good friend- G&M Mortlach 15. Standard Mortlach bottlings are okay, but things start getting really spectacular when you explore the independent cask strength bottlings from the likes of Adelpi, Signatory, Gordon Macphail etc. These are the way to go for hand picked single cask limited editions. Affordable and all excellent drams !
