My summer planned trip to Cuba was scuppered so I did the next best thing... a whisky buying trip/tour of Scotland! Had a great week with a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. Some great pick ups too -

I've been on a liquor tare lately, so here goes some more. 2 bottles of EH Taylor Rye and Small Batch each, 3 bottles of 2012 Laphroig Cairdeas, and a bottle of Powers Irish Whiskey 12 year Johns Lane Edition.

Not yet - haven't even gotten around to WIP 5 yet :(

The 2013 Laphi Cairdeas still has my fullest attention :innocent:

Nice! Do you collect cigars like you collect alcohol? I'm curious.

I mean I do have a nice variety and selection of Cigars,both CC & NC. I wouldn't say I collect either, as I do drink what I buy. I just like to have a variety.

Don't be scared it is good stuff just don't compare it industrial rum. Its a way different thing. Much more light and fresh tasting.

A bottle from Compass Box, Glen Morangie 10, Nectar D'Or, 15, some cheap mixer bourbons, an older bottle of Early Times Bourbon, Old Forester 100 Signature, and Evan Williams 1783 Small batch in sn old bottering, Elmer T Lee, and Pussers 15 year old rum.
