Hello, fellow members!

I just wanted to introduce myself briefly- fellow cigar smoker from the States, living outside of Philadelphia.

I've been a big Habanos fan for the last few years, really got into them about 2 years ago. Naturally, not easy for us to get Habanos so I started doing my homework.

I used to buy them in Canada whenever I could, but I've decided to really dive in head first and start buying the ones I love in bulk.

I haven't found anything comparable in a non-Cuban; I think that's why I'm here.

I also wanted to thank you all for providing the reviews and information that I've been reading and learning, especially El Presidente and his crew in Oz.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

I love the LITH posts- great cigars, great marketing tool.

Looking forward to the sticks I just ordered-

Partagas SD4

Cohiba Siglo II

Punch Punch

I went from:

-smoking a cigar here and there, buying singles and smoking them (five years ago)

-still doing the same, but more frequently (three years ago)

-buying a humidor (two years ago)

-stocking the humidor with CCs and NCs (a year ago)

-buying a wine fridge, converting to humidor, desktop humidor is full (need more space) (a month ago)

-buying boxes of CCs to fill wineador (now)

It's a really slippery slope! :violin:

Just wait til you run out of space in your wineador, that will happen quickly..... :moon:

I already have a plan for that- I'll buy some Edgestar/Whynter/etc. 28 bottle coolers as the next step. My first wineador is a 12 bottle cooler, just to get my feet wet w/o too much investment and to see how I like it.

My shelves haven't even arrived yet- I've got the KL in there already activated, hygrometer, couple boxes getting seasoned before the sticks go in. I need the shelves and then I can really put it to use.

Small world- I live in the Philly suburbs. You go to Holt's or Mahoghany downtown?

I can't really do a Habanos herf until I get some of my shipment in from the Czar. :(
